Your counseling session will include methods to:

• explore relationship challenges
• explore issues of divorce and separation
• cope with anxiety, depression, and mood concerns
• improve self-esteem and body image
• learn stress-management and relaxation techniques
• strengthen coping skills for grief, loss, and illness
• explore personal and spiritual growth

Prices and Packages

$175 Phone Counseling (1 hour)

$230 In Person Counseling (1 hour)

Packages

$425 - 3 Phone Counseling Sessions ( First Phone Session is 90 minutes, next two sessions are 60 minutes)

$550 - 4 Phone Counseling Sessions ( First Phone Session is 90 minutes, next three sessions are 60 minutes)

You can use the sessions at a time that is convenient for you. You can use them once a week, once every other week or once a month. However, you must use all your sessions within four (4) months of purchasing them. All remaining sessions that are not used within four (4) months of purchase will be voided. Therefore, you must use all your sessions within four (4) or risk losing any remaining sessions after that time frame.
