Day 1 Post Fast Meal Plan - Morning Meal - Citrus Fruit throughout the entire morning. You can eat as much as you want as often as you want. Be sure to chew thoroughly and slowly! Lunch - vegetable meals (raw, sauteed or lightly steamed) If you steam your vegetables be sure to wait until they cool off to luke warm temperature. It's is important that you do not eat anything extremely hot today. You can season your vegetables with natural spices. NO SALAD DRESSINGS OR CONDIMENTS. Dinner - Luke warm vegetable soup. Homemade soups only. Avoid adding carbohydrates or animal protein to your soups.
Day 2 Post Fast Meal Plan - Morning Meal - Citrus, Apples and/or Grapes throughout the entire morning. You can eat as much as you want as often as you want. Be sure to chew thoroughly and slowly! Lunch - Raw, sauteed, or lightly steamed vegetable with complex carbohydrates (Cous Cous, Quinoa, Brown Rice, etc). Dinner - Homemade soups (vegetables and/or lentils) with complex carbohydrates (optional), Avoid adding animal protein to your soups. Be sure to chew thoroughly and slowly!
Day 3 Post Fast Meal Plan - Morning Meal - Fruit of any kind. An hour or two later you can eat your normal diet

Day 4 - 5 Post Fast Meal Plan - Morning Meal - Citrus, Apples, Mangoes and/or Grapes throughout the entire morning. You can eat as much as you want as often as you want. Be sure to chew thoroughly and slowly! Lunch - Raw, sauteed, or lightly steamed vegetable with complex carbohydrates (Cous Cous, Quinoa, Brown Rice, etc). Dinner - Raw, lightly steamed or sauteed vegetables with organic tofu, tempeh, beans or lentils. A big bowl of salad is also encouraged with any salad dressing of your choice, Avoid adding animal protein or dairy to your meals.. Be sure to chew thoroughly and slowly!
Day 6 - 7 Post Fast Meal Plan - Morning Meal - Fruit of any kind, old fashion oat meal, quinoa or grits. If you eat eggs you can introduce eggs back into your breakfast meals. Lunch - Raw, sauteed, or lightly steamed vegetable with seafood or poultry. If you are a vegan or vegetarian you can go back to your normal eating regimen. Dinner - Homemade soups or seafood, pountry or vegetable protein with Cous Cous, Quinoa, Brown Rice, Millet, etc. Be sure to chew thoroughly and slowly!
