Does your body have a couple of pounds of bulging fat spanning your hips and pelvic region? If so, you should know that this condition is a direct result of poor colon hygiene. The "Goodyear tire" or "Pot Belly" is not your stomach (see diagram below). Many people say that they want to loose the fat from around their waistline which they call their stomach. Unfortunately, they are not aware that this not their stomach and the protruding section is probably not fat either. The odds are that it's an obstructed colon congested with unelimanted waste and toxins bulging outwards.

Anyone who is sick has bowel trouble, whether they know it or not. If they do not get their bowels back to functioning properly, all other therapies, treatments, supplements or other wholistic aids fall short of their excellent potential. Proper bowel function is an essential prerequisite for staying healthy, and overcoming sickness and disease.
Most illnesses are caused by unhealthy colons. Colds, flu, cancer, cardiovascular disease, arthritis, and allergies are all examples of diseases caused by excessive amounts of poor-quality food combined with bad elimination. When you don't eliminate properly, food may stay in the colon for days, weeks, months, even years, moldering and then poisoning your entire system. In most cases, seriousness of disease corresponds directly to the level of toxicity.
