Online Consultation
Due to your current location and busy schedule it may be difficult for you to physically come into our wellness center and see us. Thanks to modern technology we are able to offer you online consultations via skype in lieu of coming into our wellness center for your health concerns. This way you can have a health consultation in the convenience of your own home, office, or hotel. With our online consultation you have the option to use webcam to webcam or skype to skype call. Both features are free to use.
A "live" online nutritional consultation with one of our health care consultants is available to everyone around the world. During an online session you will be given an in-dept evaluation to analyze your current health status and past health history. You will also be given an individualized program that will provide you with information on wellness strategies, nutritional food plan, and herbal supplements that will benefits you in achieving your health goals. Online consultations are scheduled by appointment only.
How does it work?
Click on this link to book your online consultation appointment. Please be sure to follow the directions that are emailed to you shortly after scheduling your appointment. If several minutes goes by and you do not see an email confirmation with instructions please check your SPAM or JUNK folder. It is also important for you to complete the client intake form and email it back to our administrative assistant.
On the day and time of your appointment the doctor will initial contact with you on skype.
How long does it take?
Online consultations can take a minimum of 40 - 60 minutes. However, if more time is needed the doctor will provide extra time without an additional charge. Our primary purpose is to provide you the best health care possible. We do not believe in "watching the clock" so if more time is needed for a client it will be given free of charge.
Is there a big difference between an in-person consultation and a skype consultation?
No. We understand that some people prefer to see our doctors face to face, however, outside of being able to physically touch our doctors the service is still the same.
Should I schedule a phone consultation or an online consultation?
Unfortunately some countries do not qualify for a phone consultation. Therefore, an online consultation is the best alternative. We have an excellent calling plan which allows us to call land lines in over 60 countries for free. Click Here to see if your country is listed on our calling plan. If your country is not listed on our calling plan then an online consultation is your only choice.
After my online consultation will I be able to contact the doctor for questions?
If you scheduled an appointment with Dr Akilah you will have free unlimited access to her for questions or concerns via email. If you have scheduled an appointment with Dr Mark Bloomberg you can email or call him within 7 days after your initial consultation. Any questions or concerns after 7 days must be done through a paid mini-consultation.
Can I schedule an online consultation without using my webcam?
Yes. You have the option of using the skype to skype call if you do not want to use the webcam to webcam feature. Be sure to let our personal assistant know that you prefer a skype to skype call after scheduling your appointment. Below is an example of a skype to skype call.
