Traditional Breakfast Vegetarian Style
Ingredients – Tofu Scrambler with mushroom and onions in a vegetable broth. I added arrow root for thickness and a side of multi-grain bread, soy sausage and avocado.
Ingredients – The crepes were made with wheat flour and soy milk. Use Vanilla soy milk and vanilla extract for sweet crepes with a different filling. Inside the seafood crepes is shrimp, garlic, shallots, green, onions and some shredded cheese. The sauce is made with cream and cooking Sherry.
Vegetarian Crepes - Breakfast
Ingredients – This crepe has scrambled eggs flavored with parsley on top of soy mozzarella cheese with Morning Star Veggie Bacon Strips. Drizzled on it is hollandaise sauce with sprinkled cilantro on top.
Granola Cereal and Vanilla Soy Milk.

Ingredients - Tofu Noodles and Vegetarian Stir Fry with Garlic, Peppers & Onions, Broccoli in vegetable broth, soy sauce and arrow root for thickness.
