Ingredients – Smoked Salmon, Shrimp, Avocado, Imitation Crabmeat with Cilantro, parsley and Onion (optional) mixed with a little mayo, baby spinach, spring roll and sweet chili sauce.

Parmesan Tilapia with Mixed Veggies

Ingredients – Precook parmesan crusted tilapia with a side of mixed veggies

 

UnChicken Cutlet Wrap with sweet potato fries.

Ingredients – Cranberry & Goat Cheese Chicken Cutlets wrapped in a spelt wrap tortilla on top of baby spinach, peppers, onions and a side of sweet potato fries.

 

Max Factor Wrap

Ingredients – Spelt wrap with Garlic Cumber Sauce (Tzatziki), baby spinach, onions, avocado, tomato, breaded eggplant, spinach pancake with a sprinkle of Feta or a slice of cheese.

 

UnChicken Salad with dried cranberries

Ingredients – Chicken Cutlets sautéed in peppers, onions, garlic, baby spinach and rice cheese then topped with dried cranberries.

 

Vegetarian Gyro with cucumber sauce

Ingredients – You can use vegetarian Stir Fry or Soy Italian Sausage with avocado, onion, tomato with cucumber sauce (Tizaziki)

Salmon Sushi Rolls

SUSHI w/ Quinoa grain instead of sushi rice

Ingredients - Nori Rolls, Smoked Salmon, avocado, celery, carrot, green onion
Sauce 1: A mixture of Horseradish, Hoidin Sauce, Honey Mustard, Mayo
Sauce 2: Hoidin Sauce (dark color)
Sesame Seeds for decoration
